Terms of Service 

By using the Sensitivity Analysis Add-on (the "Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Add-on.

1. Use of the Add-on

The Add-on is provided to help you perform single-variable and two-variable sensitivity analysis within Google Sheets. You are responsible for the data you input and the results you generate. You agree to use the Add-on in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. No Warranty

THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ADD-ON WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE ADD-ON IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE ADD-ON PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION.

3. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATORS OF THE ADD-ON BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ADD-ON OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE ADD-ON. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Add-on. You are granted a limited license to use the Add-on as intended within Google Sheets. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Add-on or its underlying software.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this document. Your continued use of the Add-on after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the principal developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
